Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. If an order is cancelled, we will contact you as soon as possible and issue a refund where applicable.

Artwork and originality

All artworks are original pieces or authorised editions created by Heidi Joy. Descriptions and images are provided as accurately as possible, but small differences in colour or texture may occur due to screen settings and production methods.

Payment

Payment is processed securely through the payment provider associated with the checkout. We do not store payment details directly on this site.

Availability

Items are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you and provide a refund or alternate arrangement.
